By placing an order with BPP, you’re agreeing to the terms below. They’re here to keep everything clear, fair, and flowing on both sides.

Who Can Order
Our shop is open to customers 18+ within the United States.

Orders & Cancellations
We may cancel or refuse an order if something looks incorrect or unsafe, but we’ll always reach out if that happens. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as you can and we’ll try to catch it before it ships.

Pricing
Prices may shift from time to time, but whatever you see at checkout is the price you’ll pay.

Intellectual Property
All BPP artwork, designs, product photos, and creative content are protected by copyright. Our name, logos, and brand elements may also be protected by trademark. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use any of our content without permission.

Liability
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, shipping delays or mishandling are out of our control. If something goes wrong, reach out — we’re always willing to see what can be done.

Communication
We check email a few times during the day. Expect replies Monday through Friday during regular business hours. No bots, just real people getting back to you.

When Life Happens
Sometimes unexpected things come up — weather, supply delays, shipping issues, or emergencies. If anything affects your order, we’ll keep you updated as best we can.

Wholesale
Interested in bulk or wholesale orders? Reach out and we’ll walk you through minimums, timelines, and pricing.

Disputes
If we ever can’t resolve an issue through conversation, disputes will follow California law and be handled in Los Angeles County.
